That is really good going, well done. Just shows how much can be gotten out of £50. Think the heat of the day must have got to you though as you kept substituting June for July:)
ReplyDeleteOops! I'll go and edit that to July - time is flying past me far to quickly! Thanks for pointing it out to me. :)
DeleteGreat going, don't forget you can do veggie burgers on the barbie too (chick pea ones stay the most firm IMHO)
ReplyDeleteI could easily throw some veggie burgers together if anyone prefers and I did ask. Likewise with allergies, I always ask if anyone has allergies. So far, nobody has and they're all meat-eaters with a preference not to sample vegetarian. Maybe I should make some burgers, buy some rolls and just serve them up and then tell what's in them? I have soya Sosmix and plenty of free herbs to add into the mix! Thanks for the reminder, Mrs Squirrel :)
DeleteYou're stretching that £50 so far, I'm ducking before the ping!!
ReplyDeleteI promise not to let it go 'ping'. :)
DeleteWow you did well - I have the challenge too and am dithering over what to buy!
ReplyDeleteJust ask your guests what they like and go from there. :)
DeleteHope BBQ number 2 is just as good- you've certainly picked some cracking weather for the challenge!

BBQ#2 is in the photos above - the kebabs on the new Barbie. tomorrow is BBQ#3 :)
